19/05 - Veronica McKevitt and Niamh McEvoy
have been selected for the Leinster U16 squad to contest the Gaynor
Cup later this year. Next stop is International level.
15/05 - An Under 16 team has been formed this year for the first
time. Some players have moved up through the ranks of Under 12
and Under 14, and are now eligible to play at this level. Other
players have recently been recruited and we are currently looking
for a manager, assistant manager/coach, and a nominated female
to guide this team through the current season.
Creating this team has been a natural progression for the girls
section of Malahide United, and symbolises the strong growth of
girl’s soccer in the area. |
