Ruairi is a 12 year who played with our U11 Premier NDSL team in season 2004/05. Unfortunately he is unable to play football for the foreseeable future but will become a key member of this club by compiling match reports each weekend within Malahide. These reports will be published on this website and submitted to the Fingal Independent.

Basically Ruairi will cover a Malahide United home game every Saturday and Sunday. So how will it work. Ruairi will look at the fixtures and decide which games he will be covering. Stephen will telephone the managers of the two teams in advance to let them know. Your co-operation will be greatly appreciated and remember managers - the report goes to your team page, so he will be taking a bit of pressure off of you!

He hopes to pursue a career in journalism eventually - and judging by the standard of the first report of the mighty DDSL 10A's it is a career that starts now...............
