Home The Club Ethics and Codes

Malahide United's role is to provide the opportunity for all our members to partake in the game at a level that allows them to enjoy themselves and develop both as a player and as an individual. The club fulfils its role by organising facilities for playing and training. The club has organised some trips and social events which also help to give players opportunities to experience a wider range of activities in a disciplined and structured manner.

Players will all have different abilities and it is important that we develop each player so that they achieve their full potential.  Players who may not have the highest level of skill are to be valued on an equal basis and given the opportunity to take part in the game for fun, enjoyment and the simple satisfaction of playing the game.  The atmosphere around all our coaching and playing events must be safe, encouraging and positive at all times.
