27/10 - Our Boys Do Us Proud in Dundalk

Lee Desmond, Mark Collier and Darren Moran played on on the DDSL squad in a inter-league tournament in Oriel Park, Dundalk last weekend (Saturday, 27 October 2007). Darren Moran scored a cracker of a goal against the representative squad from Downpatrick, Northern Ireland. All three Malahide United players received a bronze trophy.

The U12 DDSL Representative squad did very well and won the tournament outright with a fine display of soccer skill. Our lads participated in all 3 matches against the representative squads from Dundalk (DDSL won 5-0), Drogheda (DDSL won 4-0) and Downpatrick (DDSL won 5-0).
